The 7-Day Detoxification Diet Plan: Time to Get Healthy & Fit

Our detox plan for one week cleanses from the inside, boosts the metabolism and helps to lose weight. Want to do something good for your body?

How does the detox plan work?

Our detox plan includes foods that are low in acidity and thus help you to restore the acid-base balance of your body, similar to alkaline fasting. The recipes are easy to follow and can be perfectly integrated into your everyday life.

In addition, we have special tips for you, which support your cleansing from within and pamper your body. Make sure you drink enough: still water and herbal tea are allowed!

Detoxification plan day 1:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Amaranth-based muesli (health food store): 5 tablespoons with 150 ml soy milk and fruit
  • Lunchtime: Carrot salad made from 3 shredded carrots with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt, pepper and parsley
  • Evening: Boiled potatoes with olive cream (ready-made product in a health food store)

Care

  • After work: 30 minutes of light exercise in the fresh air, e.g. cycling, a brisk walk in the woods or working in the garden By breathing more deeply outdoors, we supply the lungs with more oxygen, which promotes detoxification.

Purification

Before breakfast: 2 tablets Schüßler salt No. 9 sodium phosphoricum D6 in the mouth melt, this stimulates the kidney metabolism.

Detoxification plan day 2:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Yoghurt with wild berries (recipe see Saturday)
  • Lunchtime: Jacket potatoes with olive cream
  • Evening: Alkaline broth (recipe see Thursday) Fit-Drink: Puree banana-soy milk 150 ml soy milk with 1 banana

Care

  • In the afternoon: Abdominal massage: with the flat of your hand, circle around the navel in a clockwise direction with light pressure, for 5 minutes, in larger and smaller circles – improves blood circulation in the gastrointestinal tract.

Purification

3 times a day: Before each meal, take 1 tablespoon of artichoke juice to boost liver cleansing. Tastes bitter, but helps!

Detoxification plan day 3:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Yoghurt with wild berries (see Saturday for recipe)
  • Lunchtime: Carrot salad made from 3 rasped carrots seasoned with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of one 1?2 lemon, salt, pepper and parsley
  • Evening: Boiled potatoes with olive cream (ready made in the organic food store) Fit-Drink: Banana-Soya milk

Care

  • Hula-Hoop dry exercise: Stand slightly straddled, supporting your hands at the waist. Then make large circular movements with your hips like a hula-hoop, 20 times left, 20 times right – loosens and stimulates digestion.

Purification

Schuessler salts (see Monday) & yoga flank breathing (choose the time of day yourself): Stand slightly straddled, rest left hand on left thigh, take a deep breath and when exhaling tilt the upper body to the left, right arm is led straight up. When breathing in, return to the starting position. Change sides. 10 times on each side.

Detoxification plan day 4:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Colourful fruit salad made from 1 handful of grapes, 1 peach, 1 banana
  • Lunchtime: Basic broth: 1 vol. Soup greens, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, dice, simmer in 1.5 l water for 15 minutes, chives in addition
  • Evening: 1 slice of wholemeal bread with avocado cream (organic shop)

Care

  • Tighten the thighs by holding them in a squatting position (choose the time yourself). Make a slight knee bend, back straight, arms stretched forward, and count slowly to 10 before stretching the legs again. Repeat 10 times.

Purification

30 min before lunch: dissolve 1 teaspoon of healing clay (drugstore) in 1 glass of boiled water, drink in small sips – binds the stomach acid and prevents heartburn.

Detoxification plan day 5:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Amaranth muesli
  • Lunchtime: Carrot salad
  • Evening: Basic broth Fit drink: Apple and pear juice

Care

  • In bed in the morning: still lying down, ride the bike for 5 minutes. Makes you awake better than coffee!

Purification

Detox diary: Write down what you want to get rid of: Weight? Grumpy thoughts? Then write down what you want to gain, e.g. energy and self-confidence.

Detoxification plan day 6:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Yoghurt with wild berries: 150 g natural yoghurt (1.5%) with 200 g berries, mix 5 chopped almonds
  • Lunchtime: Boiled potatoes with olive cream
  • Evening: Alkaline broth Fit drink: Banana-soy milk

Care

  • Morning: Start sweating to cleanse the skin – this works great with 5 minutes of rope skipping. Then take a cool shower.

Purification

In the evening: to rest. Turn off your mobile phone, computer, radio and TV, ask the family for a quarter of an hour off. Sit, be silent, reflect.

Detoxification plan day 7:

Enjoy

  • Morning: Amaranth muesli
  • Lunchtime: Carrot salad
  • Evening: Boiled potatoes with olive cream Fit drink: Apple and pear juice

Care

  • Morning: Dive down and swim quickly for 30 minutes. Afternoon: Eye care with 20-30 minutes of power napping, it is best to detoxify while sleeping.

Purification

Mineral salts (see Monday) and before the midday nap: A liver wrap activates the digestion. Place a warm and humid towel on the upper abdomen, a dry cloth over it – rest for 20 minutes.
