This Device Puts an end to The Annoying Snoring!

Great news for everyone who snores or suffers from sleep apnea: A Boston-based company has developed a tiny device that keeps the respiratory tract continuously clear.

What can the new tool do?

A Boston company has taken up the cause of putting an end to night snoring. And not only that: people suffering from sleep apnea should also benefit from the new tool called “Airing”. But what can the mini device do? The small device needs neither hose nor cable, because it is battery operated and equipped with a tiny blower. The device is inserted into the nose, where it continuously blows air into the airways to keep them clear.

The usual treatment therapy for sleep apnea patients is the so-called continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). The patient wears a breathing mask that exerts positive pressure on the airway, keeping the throat and airways clear. However, this device is very large and bulky. Airing could put a handy end to this problem – and counteract the nocturnal breathing (and snoring).

In the USA the device has already collected over 1.6 million dollars via Indiegogo. So a recyclable prototype should not be long in coming. After all, the advantages are obvious: The device, which is designed for one-time use, is small, does not press and should cost just under three euros in the shops.
